Deposit Policy

In order to reduce the large number of unnecessary cancellations, no shows, and large groups showing up short, as we had during our 2003 season, we have had to make some policy changes regarding our deposits.

All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person for the same dates.

Deposit amounts will be applied to the last scheduled night of your stay.

If you are part of a group and have sent deposit money to cover everyone in the group, and not everyone shows up, we will no longer be able to provide full reimbursement of the deposit money to you. (For example: if Joe sends a deposit for a party of 6 and only a party of 4 shows up, he will lose the deposits sent for the two no shows)

Late arrivals and early departures leave vacancies impossible to fill on short notice. The cabin has been reserved for you in good faith for the full time you have requested.

Your deposit provides assurance to both you and us of your confirmed reservation.
